We are currently shipping Domestic & International.
Goods will ship from our warehouse in the USA via UPS (Ground) & USPS (Priority). All shipping fees will be quoted in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, and dependent on the service selected, a tracking number will be provided.
Additional insurance and shipping upgrades are available upon request, prior to dispatch. An additional surcharge will apply.
We attempt to ship all items within 5 business days of receipt & after payment has cleared, unless specified in the listing e.g. Pre-Order. Please note: there are often delivery delays, outside of our control, during peak period times. Please allow additional time for order deliveries (especially around Christmas), or consider upgrading to Express / Expedited (available upon request, if not listed as an option).
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only & we will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay. Orders are subject to availability & we do our utmost to maintain an up to date shopping cart / inventory. There may be a time when an order is placed, but becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be offered, or an alternative, whatever is the customer’s preferred option.
The ownership & risk of damage to your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address.
We take extra care with our packing to ensure that your items arrive safe & sound.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact hello@suchgreatheights.com ASAP (preferably within a few hours of placing your order, to ensure your goods haven't already shipped). Please outline the product/s you ordered, order number, time & reason for cancellation. We will get back to you ASAP. If the order has already shipped, the customer will be liable for returns & will not receive a postage refund.
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email hello@suchgreatheights.com. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit, in this event please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.
